Has ANYONE seen this video?!?

I saw it maybe six or seven (at least) years ago, but I haven't been able to find it since. It starts out with these two people in bed, then pans out and there's another guy who is doing something to the guy in bed's feet. Then it pans out further to something even kinkier, and so on and so fourth, showing a bunch of odd fetishes, but in a funny way, not a sexual way. l think the last part was of a guy in a bear suit flogging himself. it's weird but funny. Anyway, I can't find it, but I want to. There's also a guy narrating it, but I can't remember what he says. I think, at one point, he says something like "and you'll question the sexualiy of whoever recomended this video to you," possibly. If you have any idea as to what this video is, please tell me the title or give me a link. Thanks!
