How can i get really in shape, toned up and look great for school this fall?
I have gained some weight scince I started my freshman year of high school and I feel really insecure about it. I feel like I look really bad in jeans and tank top like cloths. My doctor says im at about a normal weight for my age and stuff but I really would like to lose 5 or so pounds before school starts again. I also want to really tone my butt, thighs and gain abs and abdominal strength. I eat mostly organic foods and eat relatively healthy meals. I never eat anything deep fried or greasy, and I absolutely don't drink soda or eat anythin that's full of sugar eaither. Can sombody please give me a weekly exercise plan or some exercises I can do go get toned up? And also ab workouts to give me great abs? Thank you so much! And also I would really appreciate some nutritional guidance on what my daily meals should consist of. And like how many times a day should I work out and for how long?
