My mom usually buys like boxed flavored noodles or boxed flavored rice to cook as a side dish with our meat and veggies but we're trying to try something that has more nutrients. Since,the rice & noodles usually have a lot of sodium and aren't really benefiting in anyway. But we don't have a lot of time,so is there anything that only needs to be boiled or something? That way we can cook with our dinner that actually has nutritional value? Thanks for the help :D
