Iced Tea, nutritional benefits/recipes?

I drink rooibos tea every morning (hot) which I prepare in a teapot. In the summer, I simply put the rest of the tea from the pot in a glass jug in the fridge - instant iced tea and no calories. Of course, you can add ice cubes and maybe a sprig of mint and/or a slice of lemon or orange to jazz it up. If you want more iced tea recipes, go to the website below.
