I'm 13, am I overweight?

Hi, I am 13, I live in the most obese area in london which is Tower Hamlets. There are so many really 'big' guys at my school. Am I overweight if I weigh 58.3kg (128.5 pounds) And my height is 171cm (5 foot 6) Thanks in advance
