How good is Market Prawn as fish food for fish like Silver Arowanan & Bonsai Flower Horn?

I currently own a baby Silver Arowana & a Bonsai Flower Horn in separate tanks. I was gonna start feeding them Market Prawn & i was wondering what good will the Prawns do if i feed it to my fish. Like what are the nutritional benefits of the Prawns found in the market....
