How do you study for an English final exam?

I'm taking British Literature and this year, we read The Canterbury Tales, Hamlet, Jane Eyre and Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead. I understand I should read the books/plots, review my class discussion notes and find a connection but what else? It's open notebook as well.
