How do you catch someone suspected to wire-tap your phones of all kinds communications?

Whoever would be interested to add more details as to why would someone like David Atkind of the Atkind Realty in Rutherford, NJ found to abuse the Real Estate Land Use Law has the nerve to hire spanish people to do the dirty work of hacking Carino's use of the internet and listneing to all Carinos' conversation to any of Carinos dealing with personal buisnesses, as well as those Carino talking to the NJ Superior Court Clerks for inquiry such that the voice was changed to another one when told to hold on, but, then it is no longer the original person's voice? why would Carino find a listening devise near its gas meter in the Carino's basement? Secondly why would there be an e-mail for Carino that says Carino's boxes forwarded to Manila has already got delivered but in truth the Carino's hired A-1-A CARGO service delivery cargo, said that the payments was not yet received so that the boxes are still being withheld? then that e-mail that appeared in Carinos' detailing its information as to its successful delivery was Atkind's dirty work?; Then the Computer information received by Carino is nothing but Atkind's hired hacker did it, wouldn't that be? so whoever be the observer of this behavior and tell me how could i catch them red-handed?
