Food Advice Please!!!!!?

I have been looking for food advice for a week. please help me. I have two three month old and one four month year old kitten. I know you have to feed them at least three times a day.....but soft kitten food os hard to find where I live on a consistent basis. Soooooo II feed them four times a day and if morning and night I feed them both kitten food mixed with hard food. What, can I feed them NATURALLY that hold nutritional value and able to come by as I need it. Is it salmon tuna sadines. Please help!;!!
