How do i get iron out of my water?

The actual hardness of the water, and the iron contamination, will have to be considered along with the projected daily use and amount of water being consumed, bathing, showers, laundry, cooking, etc, along with the number of people living in this home. A separate iron filter may be required along with the softener to make the water suitable. Do not purchase a softener on your own as this decision needs the advice of an experienced company.
