What does it mean to have small hands & feet?

A lot of people have been telling me lately I have small hands?And I really do have small hands compared to a lot of people D: (from my palm to my middle finger,it's about 5 1/2 inches - 6 inches or so? can't really tell lol) I've always had small feet, but my feet are wide which makes some shoes hard to find. Lol I'm a size 6, usually, but since I have wide feet I'm a size 7 at times. And also for heels. But if it's opened sandals, I can wear size 4/5. and a couple weeks ago I fit my little sister's size TWOS!? >_< Hahaha, I AM short though. I'm 5 feet at the most. I also heard it could be a nutritional problem...which may be true for me since I'm not exactly a health freak. So yea... what does it mean? :3
